August 2023: The choir presented a series of concerts in Hungary and Slovakia from August 4 to 13, 2023. In Hungary, performances were held at the Basilica of Győr, attended by the President of the Hungarian Bishops’ Conference, the Director of the Music Academy, the former Jordanian Deputy Ambassador, and a distinguished audience. Another concert took place at the Church of Gödöllő in Budapest.
In Slovakia, the choir performed at the Franciscan Church in Bratislava, in the presence of the head of the Franciscan Order, representatives of pastoral bodies, and a large audience.
The ensemble, comprising forty choir singers and musicians, performed a diverse repertoire, including original hymns composed by the choir, Hungarian pieces, and liturgical hymns from various Eastern Church traditions, including Syriac, Coptic, Armenian, Latin, and Arabic.
